»የሚካተቱ ንጥረ ነገሮች «
• 1 ማንኪያ ነጭ ሽንኩርት
• 1 ማንኪያ ዝንጅብል
• 1 የሻይ ማንኪያ እርድ
• ¼ ጥቅል ጎመን
• 2 ድንች
• 2 ካሮት
• 1/4 ስኒ ዘይት
• 1 የአትክልት ኪዩብ
• 2 የተሰነጠቀ ቃሪያ
• 1 የሻይ ማንኪያ ነጭ ቅመም
• ቤይ ቅጠል
• ጨው እና ቆንዶ በርበሬ

» INGREDIENTS «
• 1 large diced onion
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
• 1 tablespoon grated ginger
• 1 teaspoon turmeric
• ¼ head of cabbage cut into small chunks
• 2 medium sized potatoes peeled and cut into cubes
• 2 medium sized carrots peeled and cut into rounds
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1 vegetable cube
• 2 jalapeno pepper seeded and cut length wise for garnish
• 1 teaspoon Nech Azmud/ Nech Kimeme (Ajowan)
• A few bay leaves
• Salt & pepper to taste

» DIRECTIONS «
1. Heat the oil in a large pot over high heat. Sauté the onion until translucent, about 10 minutes.
2. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir for a minute or two until fragrant.
3. Stir in the turmeric, carrots and cook for a few minutes. Then add the cabbage, Nech Kimem (Ajowan), potatoes, vegetable cube, and the bay leaf, desired amount of water. Cover, increase heat to high -medium, and bring to boil about 20 to 30 minutes. Lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Then garnish with jalapeno pepper and take off heat.
4. Serve with Injer, any flat bread or any grain of your choice.

🌸Today, I will introduce veggie hotteok. This recipe is especially for people who are vegetarians or people that love savory food. I will also show you how to make my delicious dipping sauce for it and share other cooking tricks in this recipe.

2½ Cups All-purpose Flour

EASY OVEN ROASTED VEGETABLES RECIPE

An easy and delicious recipe of how to make oven roasted vegetables! Ready for a healthy veggie dish?! This one is super jummie in wintertime when it’s cold out and you’re in need of good food! It serves as a main or side dish with a nice piece of meat or fish! Munch up!

== INGREDIENTS ==

– 1 parsnip (€1.75~$2.1 for 1 parsnip)
– 3 potatoes (€0.99~$1.2 for 5kg)
– 1 carrot (€0.18~$0.22 for 150 grams)
– 1 broccoli (€0.70~$0.91 for 1 broccoli)
– 1 onion (€0.19~$0.25 for +/- 150gr.)
– Thyme (€0.99~$1.3 per pot of 6 gr.)
– Olive oil
– Pepper
– Salt

== RECIPE ==

1. Make sure you wash all of your veggies, even if you remove the skin later!
2. Start off by chopping up the potatoes into rough pieces
3. Do the same for the carrot and the broccoli
4. Peel the onion and the parsnip and chop them up aswell
5. Make sure all of your pieces are about the same size (although the onion and the broccoli can be a bit bigger)
6. Take a baking tray covered with baking paper and spread the veggies on there
7. Cover them with olive oil
8. Season with pepper, salt and thyme
9. Then mix them up untill everything is coated with olive oil and seasoning
10. Place the tray in the oven for about 30 minutes at 200°C.
11. Check the veggies from time to time, 30 minutes later and they’re done!!
