Ingredients
potatoes
3 tablespoons of tuna
1tablespoon of corn
1 tablespoon of cucumber
lettuce
cucumber pickles
black spices
salt
Method
Add a bowl tuna, cucumber, corn, mayonnaise, black spices, and salt. And mix them together.
Put them on the potatoes.

Easy Dinner Night – Mexican Tuna Salad

Hey everyone! After a long Friday at work, I didn’t really feel like coming home and spending an hour in the kitchen. I decided to go easy and make one of our favorite meals..Tuna Salad..Mexican Style. I say Mexican style because this is the way my family has made tuna salad (I’m Mexican obvi) and I don’t know how you make regular tuna salad lol. Again with anything, this is how I make it….you guys can alter it to fit whatever your taste buds desire! It’s seriously bomb.com and hope you guys try it out. Enjoy!

PCOS Meal Ideas example 4 – Tuna Casserole

Tuna Casserole:
Base: Bake squash and sweet potato (you can use only one)
once baked, mash it and spread into a pan

Strain Tuna, mix tuna and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Heat skillet with coconut oil and heat tuna to your preference, light to well done

Remove from stove. Mash avocado in a bowl and mix the tuna into it.

Place on top of the base and sprinkle with shredded cucumber

season with sea salt (optional)

Eat with a salad or other steam vegetables

2x canned tuna (with oil)
15 olives chopped
2 green onions chopped
1 anaheim pepper chopped
3 Tbd capers
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
Juice of 3 lemons
Splash of olive oil
1 head of lettuce
1 avocado slices

Mix all together in a bowl and serve over lettuce with a sliced avocado on top!
