Prep time about 10min. Serves 2-3.

Here are the paleo salad recipe details:

2x canned tuna (with oil)
15 olives chopped
2 green onions chopped
1 anaheim pepper chopped
3 Tbd capers
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
Juice of 3 lemons
Splash of olive oil
1 head of lettuce
1 avocado slices

Mix all together in a bowl and serve over lettuce with a sliced avocado on top!

Tuna Poke Bowl – 金枪鱼盖饭

An immensely simple recipe for any lunch or dinner, a good serving of tuna poke bowl can be a perfectly sweet spot for a meal for 2!

This dish is much simpler to put together than it looks. The key is in marinating the tuna chutoro, then adding in spring onions and sesame seeds. When topped with the rest of the ingredients, ending with the furikake, that’s when you know this delectable dish ready to serve. Remember only to use fresh sashimi grade tuna, and the rest will be as easy as pie. We got our fresh tuna chutoro from our official grocer Redmart.

Adding just a few fresh and nutritious ingredients can elevate even the most humble can of tuna from pantry staple to a healthy, satisfying meal. For years, canned tuna has been a lunchtime standard. So shake up the ordinary by preparing one of these delicious dishes for your midday meal.

Ingredients :

1/3 of lemon juice
5 cherry tomatos
1/4 of long cucumber
1/4 of avocado
4 radishes
10 gr or 6 walnuts
Half of bell pepper
50 gr or half of romaine lettuce head
1 can or tin of tuna in water
salt & pepper

Tuna Cakes serves 2

1 can tuna in water or oil, drained
1 egg
1/4 onion, copped fine
1/2 lemon, squeezed
10 saltine crackers, crushed
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
3-4 shakes of Tabasco
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
flour for dredging
Olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter

– Combine all the ingredients except the crackers and mix.
– Add the crackers and mix. Cover, and refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
– Form 4 patties and gently dredge them in the flour. Meanwhile, get a pan hot with butter and oil.
– Fry and each side for 4 minutes. If it’s browning too quickly, lower the flame. Serve with lemon or cream sauce. Enjoy!

Tuna Pot PIe for Dinner

Here is the Tuna Pot Pie I talked about in the Birthday Board Vlog. We LOVE this. It sounds weird but trust me you’ll love it. Here is the recipe.
Boil 3 eggs to hard boil then chop
1 cup boiled potatoes diced
1 onion chopped
3 tbs Butter
3 Tbs Flour
2 cups whole milk
2 Bouilon cubes
1 Can drained Tuna in water
2 Pie crusts
Saute onions with butter till translucent. Add flour, combine and cook for 1 minute. Add milk, Chicken bouilon, snp, Tuna, potatoes, and eggs, Stir and cook till thick. Bake at 420 for 10 minutes. than 375 for 20. Cool a bit before serving.

A Dead Easy Tuna Casserole Recipe

In this video I make a delicious easy tuna casserole recipe. This is a fantastic meal that doesn’t take long to prepare at all.

Full Recipe:

This meal is perfect for anyone who wants something super easy to quickly throw together. It also only takes up one dish so it is perfect if you don’t want to be washing up a lot of dishes. Once in the oven it will only take about 25 minutes before it is ready to eat.

You will find that this tuna casserole recipe uses just a few ingredients. This is perfect if you don’t want to be spending too much money and need to feed quite a few people.

If you need a list of ingredients and some written instructions on cooking this recipe up, then just head over to the full recipe listed above.

If you prefer the casserole to not end up with a crunchy crust on top, then I recommended wrapping in some aluminium foil.

If crunchy cheese isn’t enough for you and would love a much crunchier top. You can instead quickly do a simple cheesy crumb mix for the topping. Again you can find more on this at the full recipe linked above.

If you’re not a fan of pasta you can instead use something like egg noodles. Personally it comes down to personal preference. I usually like using leftover pasta when I cook too much up the night before (Make sure you lightly coat the pasta in olive oil if storing before using it in this dish).

If you love corn, then I recommended adding some to the recipe. I usually add ½ a cup and reduce the amount of peas I put in by half.

I have an old video up with the basic recipe, but it was made before HD video so the quality of this should be much improved. This is a good Winter meal or for Summer if you want some energy. It is a combination of tuna, noodles and pasta and cream corn and some other ingredients.
